Hip.Hip!’s entry creates a peaceful and natural environment where micro-neighborhoods act as interconnected “cells”, enhancing social interaction and biodiversity. Taking into account the context of the historic hippodrome, combining equine therapy with innovative living spaces to enrich the cultural heritage of the area. Our design offers human-centered optimized mobility solutions, bicycle-friendly infrastructure and flexible living solutions for residents of all ages.
